The staff are knowledgeable, the location is favourable. 5 minutes drive to the airport, it is located much to do in the neighborhood.

The rooms are spacious and recently renovated with comfortable queen beds. The food is excellent, especially the tasty and delightful breakfast offerings. The hotel is ideally located, just a 10-15 minute walk from El Obelisco. The staff, especially at the reception, are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Nice view of the city and mountains. Particularly good location, 4-6 minutes walking distance from Esquilandia. Really close to the zoo, the artesania market, and the Zona Viva.

Booked well-equipped & air-conditioned room with volcano views. The location in a mostly residential area was good. There was an excellent restaurant, a mall and a large shopping mall next door.
The staff were not particularly helpful, didn't expect that coming.

We got a room with a bathtub. The service here was outstanding. The shuttle from-and-to the airport was also a good thing. Particularly good and best possible location in a 5 miles surrounding area was a plus.

The pool area was nice and the location was marvellous, near the mall and pretty nice stores and the Crowne Plaza near the airport. They gave us an a double room in a good condition.

Had a neat and exquisite room with a whirlpool, soft fleece blankets, and a queen bed for a really nice stay. The atmosphere created was quiet. The friendly service and attention to detail were excellent. Offered a shuttle to and from the airport. The location of the hotel was magnificent, very close to the airport.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for me, as it is conveniently situated right by the airport. The hotel itself is in a nice area, surrounded by mostly residential buildings, which made me feel safe during my stay. The rooms were well-maintained, and I was pleased to find a flat-screen TV in my room. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the breakfast provided a delicious selection of dishes, including some typical Guatemalan meals.
